participation conditions:
- the Festival is open to mixed, female or male choirs.
- the bands should register by submitting the enclosed form and recording
with 2 or 3 pieces performed no earlier than a year ago until 31st January
2010 to the oganisation bureau.
- decision on classifying the choir among the Festival participants
is taken by the Artistic Commission. The choirs will be informed about
the Commission's decision at the latest on 10th February 2010.
fees
- 25 Euro per person per day - meals and accommodation costs*
- Travel costs must be covered by the choirs
- Choirs from outside Europe do not pay for meals and accommodation
*Organisers provide meals and accommodation for Festival participants
in the youth hostels, boarding houses and hotels of low categories up
to 3 days. Longer stay is possible under condition that the choir covers
full costs depending on the standard of the hotel.
